Known as Kennel Cough or Tracheobronchitis is a highly contagious bacterial respiratory infection leading to inflammation of respiratory organs such as the lungs, bronchi, or trachea.
Physical Symptoms
Coughing, nasal discharge, lethargy, depression.
Cause/Transmission
Transmitted from one infected animal to another. Bacterial vectors may even be airborne.
Treatment
Consult your veterinarian. Generally, this disease responds well to antibiotic therapy and treatment of symptoms.
